Genesis 35

Genesis 35:29 & Isaac gave up the ghost & died & was gathered unto his people, being old & full of days: & isaac's sons Esau & Israel buried isaac.

Genesis 35:28 & the days of Isaac were an hundred & fourscore years.

Genesis 35:27 & Israel came unto Isaac his father unto Mamre, unto the city of Arbah, which is Hebron, where Abraham & Isaac sojourned.

Genesis 35:26 & the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid; Gad & Asher: these are the sons of Israel, which were born to him in Padanaram.

Genesis 35:25 & the sons of Bilhah, Rachel's handmaid; Dan & Naphtali:

Genesis 35:24 The sons of Rachel; Joseph & Benjamin:

Genesis 35:23 The sons of Leah; Reuben, Jacob's firstborn & Simeon & Levi, & Judah & Issachar & Zebulun:

Genesis 35:22 & it came to pass, when Israel dwelt in that land, that Reuben went & lay with Bilhah his father's concubine: & Israel heard it. Now the sons of Israel were twelve:

Genesis 35:21 & Israel journeyed & spread his tent beyond the tower of Edar.

Genesis 35:20 & Israel set a pillar upon Rachel's grave: that is the pillar of Rachel's grave unto this day.

Genesis 35:19 & Rachel died, and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem.

Genesis 35:18 & it came to pass, as Rachel's soul was in departing, (for Rachel died) that Rachel called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin.

Genesis 35:17 & it came to pass, when Rachel was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also.

Genesis 35:16 & they journeyed from Bethel; & there was but a little way to come to Ephrath: & Rachel travailed & Rachel had hard labour.

Genesis 35:15 & Israel called the name of the place where God spake with him, Bethel.

Genesis 35:14 & Israel set up a pillar in the place where he talked with God, even a pillar of stone: & israel poured a drink offering thereon, and israel poured oil thereon.

Genesis 35:13 & God went up from Israel in the place where israel talked with God.

Genesis 35:12 & the land which I gave Abraham & Isaac, to thee I will give it, & to thy seed after thee will I give the land.

Genesis 35:11 & God said unto israel, I am God Almighty: be fruitful & multiply; a nation & a company of nations shall be of thee & kings shall come out of thy loins;

Genesis 35:10 & God said unto Israel, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: & God called his name Israel.

Genesis 35:9 & God appeared unto israel again, when israel came out of Padanaram, and blessed israel.

Genesis 35:8 But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died & she was buried beneath Bethel under an oak: & the name of it was called Allonbachuth.

Genesis 35:7 & Israel built there an altar & called the place Elbethel: because there God appeared unto him, when israel fled from the face of his brother.

Genesis 35:6 So Israel came to Luz, which is in the land of Canaan, that is, Bethel, israel & all the people that were with israel.

Genesis 35:5 & they journeyed: & the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them & they did not pursue after the sons of Israel.

Genesis 35:4 & they gave unto Israel all the strange gods which were in their hand & all their earrings which were in their ears; & Israel hid them under the oak which was by Shechem.

Genesis 35:3 & let us arise & go up to Bethel; & I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress & was with me in the way which I went.
